​CatCHATs is a series of events hosted by the Nebraska Business Development Center in collaboration with the School of Business and Technology. Each semester, we invite a distinguished and inspirational speaker to engage with students, faculty, and members of the community. This event is open to all and serves as a valuable opportunity for learning, connection, and inspiration. All students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome.

In this event, Norfolk’s Don Wisnieski, owner and CEO of Fantasy Drone Shows, will be the featured speaker. The presentation will last approximately 20-25 minutes.
Prior to the speaking engagement, there will be a drone show at 1:30 p.m. north of the Center for Applied Technology.

Wisnieski has more than 30 years of experience in aerial entertainment and 40-plus years of successful business leadership. He is a FAA Part 107 certified pilot, licensed manned aircraft pilot, and a licensed pyrotechnician.
Wisnieski is an expert in cutting-edge drone light shows, creating unforgettable aerial experiences for events of all sizes.
Wisnieski’s events have included drone shows for the implosion of the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the Iowa State Fair, the U.S. Naval Academy Pep Rally, and Volleyball Day in Nebraska, which was kept under wraps until Wisnieski’s drones flew over Memorial Stadium and lit up the sky with “92,003.” The event marked the largest attendance of a women’s sporting event in the world.
